Submit these Documents
1.) Last two years tax returns with all schedules and pages
2.) Last two years w-2 forms
3.) Paystubs most recent covering last 30 days
4.) Bank Statements covering last 60 days with all pages with funds sufficient for down payment.
5.) Any large deposits must be documented with copy of check and letter explaining where funds came from.
6.) Copy of ID
7.) Insurance agent name and contact number
8.) Copy of most recent mortgage statements
IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOME:
A copy of the sales contract with all adendums
IF YOU OWN A BUSINESS:
Last two years K-1 forms, if you own 25% or more then last two years business returns for each business.
IF YOU OWN A RENTAL PROPERTY:
Copy of mortgage statement, property tax bill, HOA statement showing dues, and insurance statement or declarations page.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN DIVORCED:
A Copy of your Separation Agreement showing your obligation for Alimony or Child Support.
